To select the ideal candidate, the first thing is to know the client and their situation well.
Every home is different, and that's why we tailor each search to the specific needs of each family.

Once all the family information has been collected, we conduct a detailed search of our database, selecting only those profiles that fit the established criteria.
Once we've identified the appropriate profiles, we proceed to compare their work experience, professionalism, and reliability to ensure that the chosen profile meets the family's needs.
Interviews with the candidates
The final step in the process is to arrange interviews between the family and the preselected profiles. This meeting allows for personal affinity to be assessed and confirms that the profile fully meets the needs.
Once the interview is complete and the right candidate is selected, we offer our Employment Management services to help them join the position, ensuring a smooth and professional transition from day one.
